How long will it take for my order to be fulfilled? 

In stock items will be fulfilled within 3-5 business days. If you have also ordered name customization, an additional 7-10 business days is required to fulfill. Please be advised that transit time does not include fulfillment time. Please also note that during busier times, this timeframe may be delayed further.

My order has shipped out. How long will it take to get to me? 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Orders with a destination in the USA will take anywhere from 2-8 business days. International orders can take anywhere from 2-14 weeks depending on the destination country. Please note that at this time transit times are not guaranteed.

How do I exchange/return an item? 

Our store does not process exchanges, however you can return your new/unworn item within 30 days for a refund and purchase a new item at any time it is in stock. Please start the return process from our returns page. Please note that items with NAME CUSTOMIZATION are final sale and are NOT returnable.

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, we ship internationally to most countries. Additionally, we have an official EU based web store here.

How do you ship your items?

Within United States, we ship using USPS First Class or FedEx. To Canada and International, we ship via Asendia for standard shipping and FedEx for expedited shipping. While we offer standard international shipping as a more economical option, we highly recommend selecting the FedEx Expedited option for better tracking and a faster delivery time.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient because we have no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary greatly among countries. Please contact your local customs office for information.

What methods of payment do you accept? 

PayPal, Amazon Payments, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Klarna and Diners Club.

What sizes do you offer for clothing?

Do the shirts & hoodies have player names or sponsor logos on them? 

The Pro versions of our store items have sponsor logos but none of our items have player names on them.

What's in my order and where is it being sent to? 

You are emailed an order confirmation shortly after you submit your order. Please review the information contained in it immediately. We cannot be held responsible for shipping to addresses or fulfillment of orders that have been inaccurately filled out. Check your spam folder if you have not received your order confirmation within 15 minutes. 

Will you have new items available for purchase?
