Joining Jack's Office is completely free! All you need to do is apply by filling out our Vibe Check Form, an application found in the Jack's Office Tab. Once your application is approved, you will receive a Jack's Office Crest in your inventory. In deciding who we admit to Jack's Office, we’ll be looking for fans who’ve shown enthusiasm for Cloud9 and our teams. One of the factors we’ll take into consideration is the number of Quests you’ve completed.

When a proposal is published, it will be posted under Jack’s Office for members to review and discuss. Voting on proposals will begin on the date specified and will last up to seven days. For a proposal to pass, the following must happen by the end of the seven-day voting period: At least 25% of the XP held by Jack’s Office members must be put to vote. Example: If there is 10,000 XP held by Jack’s Office members, quorum would be met if members holding at least 2,500 XP vote. Over 50% of the XP held by Jack’s Office members who vote must be in support of the proposal. Example: If Jack’s Office members who vote together hold [5,001 XP], those who vote “Yes” must hold at least [2,551] XP. If either of these doesn’t happen by the end of the seven-day voting period, the proposal will be canceled.

If Jack’s Office votes to approve a proposal, we will reach out to confirm the details and coordinate how the proposal will be implemented.

If your proposal is rejected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. You’re welcome to submit as many proposals as you’d like, but keep in mind that each submission costs 250XP. Make sure to refine your proposals to increase their chances of passing.

No, Jack’s Office memberships are not permanent. They are active only for the duration of each Season, which begins at the start of each calendar year. When the Season ends, all Jack’s Office members must reapply using the Vibe Check Form. However, previous Jack’s Office members who reapply will have a better chance of being accepted again. For Jack’s Office members accepted during the Early Access Season, your membership will carry over to the 2025 Season.

The Jack’s Office Crest allows you access to vote on proposals and also grants you access to exclusive channels and roles on the Cloud9 Discord Server.
